Precision Restorations DKI is looking for an individual to join our team as a **Experienced Contents Crew Lead** at our Delta, BC location. If you have the ability to work hard, multitask, be detail-oriented, and learn quickly with a positive attitude, we want to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:
A Contents Crew Lead will work both in the warehouse and in the field on job sites. This position entails a variety of detailed cleaning techniques and can be physically demanding (which includes walking up and downstairs, lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing ladders, and bending).

**What we are looking for**:

- Conducting general everyday cleaning
- Cleaning all types of floors by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming and hand scrubbing
- Maintain cleanliness of both office facilities and job sites
- Assist with pack-outs, processing (cleaning), and content move back / resets
- Follow established cleaning procedures
- Complete detailed structure cleans and construction cleans
- Processing content in the warehouse
- Documentation of Inventory & Non-Restorable Content completed on Encircle (training provided)
- Completing and handing in the necessary paperwork

**Requirements**:

- A minimum 2 year working experience in the restoration industry is mandatory
- Previous work experience in a cleaning role is considered an asset
- Ability to work overtime for after-hours emergency work
- Work well under pressure in difficult circumstances
- Have a good communication skills, must be able to communicate (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work well alone as well as in a team environment
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- A valid BC Drivers License is a MUST (with a clean drivers abstract)

- Monday to Friday
