As a Sales Representative at Grit Homes Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients for our roofing and exterior services. You will be responsible for:

- Generating leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, door knocking and prospecting.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Presenting our products and services in a compelling manner to effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation.

Pay: $32,526.75-$108,507.35 per year
