**POSITION AVAILABLE**:Passenger Service Agent

**SHIFT**: 10-hour shifts, includes both weekends Saturday and Sunday. Schedule may vary based on operational needs.

**TERM**: Full-Time Permanent

**LOCATION**: Richmond, B.C.

**WAGE**:$22.00/hr

**BENEFITS & COMPENSATION**: Health Care Spending Account (HSA), RRSP match, Medical & Dental Plan, and In-House Flight Benefits

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Greet and check in passengers, as well as issue boarding passes
- Weighing, lifting and tagging luggage, must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Prepare passenger manifests, data entry and filing
- Calculating weight and balance for aircraft, dispatching of flights and aircraft scheduling
- Conduct radio communication effectively with the pilots and flight following of aircraft

This position will enable you to show your strong interpersonal skills while striving to exceed our guest’s expectations.

Applicant assets include, previous aviation experience, tourism experience and geographical knowledge of the B.C.’s West Coast.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 per hour
