This individual is responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy work environment for all the employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Housekeeping and cleaning of administration area
- Cleaning and maintaining washrooms, lunchroom, windows
- Daily laundry of lab coats, cloths and other items
- Operation of floor scrubbing equipment and vacuuming
- Adherence to all safety/quality policies and procedures
- Safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals, as required

**Position Requirements**:

- Have good attendance record.
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Have achieved a high level of trust to work independently with mínimal direction.
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attendance record, demonstrating reliability.

**Shift Time**: Monday - Saturday 9:00pm - 5:30am

- We provide uniforms, safety shoes and sick pay.
- Shift premium for all hours worked between 7:00 pm - 5:00 am
- Weekend premium for all hours worked between 5:00 am - 7:00 pm.
- Eligible for quarterly bonuses upon completion of probation.
- This position also provides comprehensive benefits & RRSP contribution after probation is complete.
