Signature Retirement Living is seeking a skilled and creative Social Media and Digital Media Manager to support our marketing goals and social media strategy. As a Social Media and Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing goals, managing all social media accounts, and measuring their success and impact. You will also create original text and content while ensuring the company image and brand is cohesive and clear.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive marketing goals and administer and manage all social media accounts
- Create and publish original text and content
- Ensure company image and brand is cohesive and clear
- Measure and report on the success and impact of social media accounts
- Use creativity and ingenuity to engage with audiences and create engaging content
- Understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
- Utilize video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, HTML, and platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Sprout Social
- Demonstrate strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Regular travel will be required

Qualifications:

- A demonstrated impactful social media expert with exceptional creativity
- A proven track record of handling and scaling corporate social media accounts
- Understanding of what makes social media content engaging and important
- Experience with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, HTML, and platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Sprout Social
- Must understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills

**This is a work from home position that supports our Communities in Ontario and Alberta. Regular travel to the Communities will be required.**

As the Social Media and Digital Media Manager, you will inspire communities to post creatively and engage them to do great posting by providing feedback and ideas. You will be responsible for identifying and developing content strategies that resonate with our target audience, while keeping abreast of trends and new technologies in the social media space.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
