**Position**: Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time, Permanent)

**Location**: Waterloo/Cambridge, ON

**Position Summary**

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the various functions of the Marketing department. This role will work closely with other teams to help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will be responsible for helping execute on our digital strategy while supporting several key corporate initiatives. This role will provide a wide range of opportunities to learn and grow within the organization and as a professional.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide administrative support for both CRM & eCommerce Systems
- Event & sponsorship coordination
- Participate in the development and production of key marketing collateral
- Support primary & secondary research activities
- Pull analytics and prepare reports on a regular basis
- Other duties as assigned

**What You Bring**
- Graduate from a marketing-related degree program
- 0-2yrs related working/co-op experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP an asset (eCommerce is a bonus)
- An honest, ethical, hardworking, goal-oriented person
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write effectively for multiple audiences and interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- A passion for Marketing and interest in growing with a company (required)
- Flexibility to meet and adapt to changing project deadlines as required
- Reliable self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands
- High level of enthusiasm and creativity
- Willing to learn and upgrade skills and knowledge

**Other**
- This position may require some travel within Canada
- All team members must meet requirements to travel on public transportation and to travel internationally
