**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care activities using Jane.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all electronic medical records are up-to-date.
- Provide information to patients regarding their treatment plans, office policies, and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, particularly Jane.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in front desk operations.
- Proficiency with Mailchimp, Instagram, Canva and google for business.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and staff alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
