**Position Overview**

As a Team Lead at Harvest Beer Wine and Spirits, you will be responsible for leading the team in the absence of the Store Managers, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role includes key responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, empowering team members, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the team in the absence of the store managers.
- Open and close the store, ensuring security and operational readiness.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect products.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
- Handle cash and perform end-of-day financial reconciliations.
- Address and resolve any customer or staff issues promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Have prior retail or customer service experience - wine, beer & spirit knowledge is an asset
- Ability to work as early as 6am on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to lift up to 20kg (50lbs)
- Team player
- Excellent work ethic and dedication
