Established in Halifax, NS, in 1996, Samuel & Co. has focused its initiatives on providing the ladies of Atlantic Canada with boutique fashions in the convenience of a mall setting. Today, Samuel & Co. is thriving with its nine stores across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island.

**What will you do?**
- Take initiative & inspire your team to generate sales and create lasting customer relationships
- Effectively train & coach the sales team
- Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store
- Communicate product needs with your Store Manager to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty
- Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dartmouth, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
