**Job Overview**
The Child Care Center supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child care facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to effectively manage staff and engage with parents. The Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children while adhering to regulatory standards.

**Duties**
- Lead and support manager with all aspects of the child care center, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and compliance with licensing regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes children's growth and development through engaging activities.
- Collaborate with educators to create age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate learning and exploration.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the center by maintaining a clean and secure environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress, daily activities, and any concerns that may arise.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to enhance their skills in caregiving and classroom management.
- Conduct regular assessments of programs and services to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality in early childhood education.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in early childhood education or a related field is essential.
- Strong background in caregiving with hands-on experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- Demonstrated ability to educate children through creative lesson planning and engaging activities.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in an educational environment.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education is highly desirable.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fostering children's development and creating a positive learning environment while leading a dedicated team of professionals.

Pay: $24.50-$25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
