Reporting to the assigned Property Manager, the Residential Service Coordinator will be responsible for supervision and scheduling all necessary cleaning support to the Resident Managers (RM). The Residential Service Coordinator will be assigned to ensure that the Resident Manager duties are fulfilled to the Thorwin Properties standard should a Resident Manager be away for any reason with emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.

**Essential Functions. Duties include but not limited to**:
Supervisor - Cleaning Services
- Assign work, create and maintain the schedule of all members the Cleaning Team based on Operational needs.
- Provide schedule updates as needed based on staff availability
- Assign post construction cleaning and apartment home turnover cleaning appropriately
- Track supplies and inventories. Bring and pick up equipment (e.g. vacuum, etc.) for repair at the repair shop and perform other similar tasks.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage performance of a team of 9 community cleaners. Ensure accuracy of timesheets and approval on time.
- Collaborate Receive approval from the assigned PM for Overtime hours for community cleaners based on operational needs
- Provide monthly report on cleaning hours vs chargebacks to resident.

Community Cleaner
- Assist community cleaners with community cleaning when operational needs cannot be met.

Accountability
- Report issues to the assigned Property Manager related to the GLEAM Team and the communities they are attending.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation associated with the position of Residential Service Coordinator.
- Follow all Thorwin Properties policies and procedures, especially those related to workplace health and safety
- Uphold the Mission, Vision, and Value statement of Thorwin Properties
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, contractors, and fellow employees.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in building cleaning or as a Resident Manager
- Experience supervising staff or as a Team Lead
- Experience in staffing or scheduling would be an asset

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Outlook and Office 365
- Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
- Must be organized and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Abilities (Physical)
- Must be physically able to bend, kneel, stretch, sweep, mop, shovel, climb stairs and lift 40 lbs.

Other
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle required
- Participation in company activities, public listings of our staff and company picture on website is expected
- Available for calls from the emergency on call service during non-working hours
