Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure excellent customer relations are maintained at all times and foster a customer driven culture. This includes regular visits and contact with the top customers in the market.
- Maintain good human relations with Contractors, Union and employees.
- Ensure that SOP’s are strictly followed and business rules are well communicated and acknowledged with operations staff, Independent Contractors, agents and other partners.
- Coordinate the selection and development of personnel in accordance with company procedures including development of succession planning through internal/external training.
- Meet or exceed financial plans as per the fiscal year budget.
- Develop and implement short and long-term plans with each location and member under the scope of the business center to achieve company goals.
- Generate revenue and reduce costs through strategic re-alignments and partnerships.
- Monitor competitors in the marketplace with respect to human resources and operational procedures. Make adjustments where needed to maintain a leading edge in the marketplace.
- Oversee audits to ensure compliance with established standards in all aspects of the business including workplace safety & health and especially liability mitigation.
- Analyze the needs of the Banks operations regarding staff requirements to make recommendations to the Director.
- Work with the regional staff to analyze the needs of the operations regarding staff requirements, building and office needs, and to make recommendations to the Director.
- Establish and authorize work schedules in the business unit to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Through strong leadership, ensure all managers, supervisors and leads know and adhere to company policy/regulations.
- Conduct studies to clarify and/or correct procedural problems.
- Advise the Director of problems, conditions, changes or other matters affecting the regional operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Supervisory/Management capacity in the transportation sector.
- Experience dealing with a Unionized environment.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lead a team and make appropriate decisions.
- Combination of skills and experiences that may include prior industry experience, general management, human resources and other relevant background.
- Maintain a high degree of self-discipline.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal & computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 5 years (preferred)
