- Align Communication priorities with Beulah’s Vision, Values, & ministry strategy.
- Lead, supervise, and develop communications staff and volunteers.
- Partner with the Executive Team to set communication goals, priorities, and strategic direction.
- Collaborate closely with ministries to support and amplify pathways for connection.
- Establish and oversee scalable systems for project intake, prioritization, execution, & evaluation.
- Oversee brand consistency and communication standards across all platforms and campuses.
- Build and maintain a simple, repeatable, sustainable, and scalable strategy for communications.
- Develop and lead digital engagement strategies.
- Ensure excellence across communication outputs including copy, visuals, video, and digital.
- Actively engage in ministries at Beulah to communicate with authenticity and accuracy. What will make you thrive:

- Technological fluency in communication tools related to digital platforms, video, design, and web making you able to contribute hands-on when needed without being the primary executor.
- Must be able to sign and agree to Beulah's Statement of Faith, Staff Values, and Biblical Conduct. Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field would be preferred.
