The Business Office Financial Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, presenting financials in senior technology management meetings, or coordination of other administrative needs. **Responsibilities**: - Interface with senior technology management team, central business office and PMO on Book of Work (BoW) financials and partner in managing budgets of 180mm+. - Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data. Analyze data for m-o-m changes and address queries from various stakeholders. - Prepare financials and present in monthly review meetings to senior technology management team. - Assist in various activities such as analysis of rate changes **Qualifications**: - 5-8 years of relevant experience - Understanding of budget financials, forecasting and client allocations - Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas - Experience with databases and information management - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience Citi Canada is an equal opportunity employer.
