**Position Overview**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Advertising Expertise**: Lead the design, implementation, and management of cutting-edge advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms. Monitor campaign performance meticulously, analyze metrics for insights, and continuously optimize for enhanced ROI.
- **Website and Landing Page Optimization**: Utilize expertise in WordPress to develop and optimize websites and landing pages. Implement strategies for conversion rate tracking and optimization to maximize online conversions and engagement.
- **Google Analytics Proficiency**: Deploy Google Analytics to gather actionable insights, monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimizations.
- **Content Creation & Media Management**: Capture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing and advertising purposes. Edit, retouch, and optimize media content in alignment with our brand guidelines and objectives. Efficiently manage our digital media library for accessibility and organization.
- **Google Business Profile Management**: Enhance and regularly update our Google Business Profile to ensure accuracy, improve visibility, and engage with our online community through reviews and interactions, promoting a positive online reputation.

**Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Achieve marketing goals and produce regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and strategies for future enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, with graduation from a post-secondary institution (in Canada or internationally).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong capabilities in photography and videography, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing software.
- Certification or training in Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, content marketing, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal English capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with other social media advertising platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to operate photography and videography equipment.

Pay: $45,126.89-$57,763.93 per year
