**About us**

Barton Glass Inc. is a well established Glazing Contractor in Hamilton & surrounding areas. We are looking to add to our team of long-standing, experienced employees. Our typical projects range from $5,000-$1M.

**Project Coordinator for architectural glazing contractor**
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Maintain complete project documentation and ensure projects are managed to specifications
- Prepare and issue for approval, fabrication & installation CAD drawings
- Prepare RFI's & make revisions to drawings as per client/architect comments
- Issue price requests & purchase orders for materials and equipment needed for each project
- Coordinate material delivery, fabrication & install schedule
- Issue closeout documents (maintenance manual, as-built drawing & warranty) as needed
- Assist other team members on bigger projects, perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Project Management
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to read & interpret architectural drawings
- MUST be proficient in AutoCAD - 3 years experience required
- Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager OR Project Coordinator in the glazing industry
- Understanding of the building envelope and glazing scope
- Has strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Has strong oral and written communication skills
- Speaks fluent English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
