**About The Business Process Coordinator**

MAD Elevator Inc. Ottawa division: ECR Elevator Cab Renovations designs, manufactures and installs elevator cab interiors and is seeking a Business Process Coordinator to join the team.

As a Business Process Coordinator, you need to create, update, and maintain the business process and documentation. You also need to prepare supply chain planning including procurement, scheduling, logistics and shipping while supporting other functions within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Create and update the business process and documentation

2. Analyze and monitor the business process and make adjustments as needed

3. Support supply chain functions including procurement, scheduling, logistics, and shipping

4. Identify inventory items with undesirable movement and develop strategies to address them as needed

5. Prepare/monitor daily and weekly production schedules and adjust as needed

6. Review demand and supply to understand bottlenecks and propose solutions to meet demand as needed

7. Assist customers through the planning, design, and ordering process as needed

8. Other duties as assigned

9. Able to lift up to 50lbs (assisted if needed); may work in hot areas 5%, noise 0%.

10. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area.

**Attributes, Skills and Knowledge**:

- A Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Manufacturing preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to read and explain mechanical drawings
- Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and providing outstanding customer service
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Project management experience will be an asset
- Detail-oriented and versatile
- Self-motivated and effective at working with mínimal supervision

**This position works out of our Ottawa, Ontario location. Hours are typically 8:00am to 4:30pm with flexibility.**
