If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Richie’s is seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Shift Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of restaurant staff during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, motivating team members to deliver outstanding performance.
- Oversee all aspects of shift management, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure prompt and efficient order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Train and develop team members, providing guidance on best practices and service standards.
- Uphold health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to enhance the customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and familiarity with restaurant management software is an asset.
