**Position Title: Night Production Supervisor**

**Location: Richmond, BC, V6V 3C8**

**Starting rate minimum: $50,000**

**Job Type**:Full Time Permanent

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, or designate, the Night Production Supervisor will be accountable for the processing and production of Seafood products at C2C Premium Seafood. They will achieve this through working alongside and leading a team of production workers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise staff in Seafood Production room.
- Manage scheduling, workload, and overtime.
- Ensure quality control & assurance for all products from the room, both fresh & frozen.
- Manage frozen production items effectively.
- Coordinate the scheduling of freezer and fresh/previously frozen program production.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and production manager to address low or out-of-stock inventories.
- Manage requisitioning of product and assist with weekly kilo reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate inventory of “work in progress” items.
- Attend monthly Safety Meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Follow the in-house HACCP plan.
- Foster effective communication and coordination with the seafood retail sales team and seafood manager.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in seafood production.
- Demonstrated knowledge of seafood industry operations and regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, including both verbal and written.
- Possession of a Valid Forklift license.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in effectively leading diverse teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and actively engage in all room tasks, including cutting, portioning, and packing.
