**Your Impact**:
**What The Role Offers**:
- Provide operational support for recruitment activities across the Americas and globally
- Manage and resolve background check escalations
- Assist with vendor coordination and transactions
- Coordinate OpenText new hire and other recruiting programs
- Collaborate with team members on recruitment process improvements, talent marketing, communications, and automation initiatives
- Support reporting and analysis of key talent acquisition metrics and hiring initiatives
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance and process integrity
**What You Need to Succeed**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Human Resources; Talent Acquisition experience is a plus
- Understanding of global recruitment practices and trends
- AI-first and growth mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies; experience with SuccessFactors and Phenom is a plus
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
