Aluminium Fabricator

Transparent Glazing Systems - Manufacturer of Architectural Aluminum Products - is looking to expand its operations in our Fabrication Department. We are looking for an energetic individual that likes learning new things and okay with each day being a little different. In this floater position, you will learn every area that our Fabrication Shop has to offer

**Summary**:Assist in all areas of the fabrication department, positions include; assembly, metal cutting and fabrication to help complete fabricated parts.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Use of hand and power tools
- Reading a tape measure
- Cut various extrusions to certain lengths
- Prepare various items for shipping
- Prep frames
- Assembly of parts to a finish requirement

**Experience**:

- Be able to read a tape measure
- Hand and power tool experience preferred

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis.
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, climb, balance and reach for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire duration of shift.
- Ability to keep up with fast pace environments.
- Ability to use hands for the duration of the shift

- 630AM

Typical end time:

- 3PM
