We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant/Treatment Plan Co-Ordinator to join our team. As a Certified Dental Assistant/Treatment Plan Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our dentists in providing high-quality dental care to our patients and facilitate their dental journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures by sterilizing and organizing instruments, equipment, and materials
- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments, suctioning, and providing patient comfort
- Take digital x-rays and intra oral scans
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including charting and documentation of treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain and order dental supplies as needed
- Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are strictly followed
- Greet and prepare patients for their appointments
- Schedule patient appointments
- Transition into Treatment Plan Co-Ordinator

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification from an accredited program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with dental software
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Understanding implant procedures such as all on 4 cases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
