**Who Are We Looking For?**

We are searching for a **professional, organized, and detail-oriented** **Certified Dental Assistant** who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification**.
- Experience with **general dentistry procedures** including **root canals, X-rays, iTero scanning, and crown & bridge procedures**.
- Strong understanding of **sterilization protocols and infection control**.
- Ability to **take X-rays and digital impressions (iTero)** accurately.
- Experience with **Curve Dental software** is a plus but not required.
- Strong **communication and organizational skills**.
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team**.
- **Saturday availability is mandatory**.
- Familiarity with **front desk duties** is a plus but not required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Chairside Assistance** - Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a sterile environment.
- **Patient Care & Education** - Greet and prepare patients for treatment, explain procedures, and provide post-care instructions. Assist with charting.
- **Sterilization & Infection Control** - Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments while maintaining strict infection control protocols.
- **Taking X-Rays & Impressions** - Capture **dental radiographs (X-rays) and iTero scans** as directed by the dentist, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- **Administrative Support** - Assist with scheduling, updating patient records, and managing inventory of dental supplies.

**Office Hours**:

- **Tuesday**: 9 AM - 5 PM
- **Wednesday**: 11 AM - 7 PM
- **Thursday**: 11 AM - 7 PM
- **Friday**: 9 AM - 5 PM
- **Saturday**: 9 AM - 3:30 PM (**Required**)
