THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Distribution department, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring
_seamless_ distribution activities to provide the highest possible service to all of Aritzia’s customers. As a Permanent Distribution Centre Associate, you will support in accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of our product to our stores and customers. THE JOB
As a Permanent Distribution Centre Associate, you will:
- Facilitate inbound operations (think stock receiving, sorting, stacking, transporting)
- Facilitate outbound operations (think picking, packing, stock shipping to retail stores and eCommerce customers)
- Foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency through utilization of our distribution space (think ticketing, counting, recording, troubleshooting)
- Follow and maintain health and safety measures, including WCBC regulations and COVID-19 safety practices
THE HOURS
As a Permanent Distribution Centre Associate, you should be comfortable with the following:
- We run one shift, Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- During our peak sale events that occur in June, November, and December, Permanent DC Associates should be available to work five, eight hour shifts per week
- Open availability is preferred

QUALIFICATIONS
The Permanent Distribution Centre Associate has:
- A commitment to quality results and a sense of urgency for executing job responsibilities
- The ability to hold yourself accountable to reach your full potential
- An ability to take on new opportunities and challenges, with a passion to continue to develop and grow oneself
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and to perform repetitive tasks and movements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to an eight (8) hour shift
- Work in an environment reliant on visual and auditory safety cues
