THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Distribution department, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring
_seamless_ distribution activities to provide the highest possible service to all of Aritzia’s customers. As a Seasonal Distribution Centre Associate, you will support in accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of our product to our stores and customers. THE ROLE

As the Seasonal Distribution Centre Associate, you will:

- Facilitate the inbound operations (think stock receiving, sorting, stacking, transporting)
- Facilitate the outbound operations (think picking, packing, stock shipping to retail stores and eCommerce customers)
- Foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency through utilization of our distribution space (think ticketing, counting, recording, troubleshooting)
- Follow and maintain health and safety measures, including WCBC regulations
- Meet and exceed productivity by exemplifying strong KPIs
- Maintain attendance and availability requirements

The Seasonal Distribution Centre Associate has:

- An ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently, and to perform repetitive tasks and movements
- An ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours/day wearing steel toe shoes
- An ability to work in an environment reliant on visual and auditory safety cues
- An ability to meet attendance requirements

THE HOURS

As a Seasonal Distribution Centre Associate, you should be comfortable with the following:

- Full-time availability is 32 - 40 hours per week (preferred)
- Part-time availability is a minimum of 24 hours per week
- We run the below eight (8) hour shifts per day:

- Morning Shift: 6:00AM - 2:00PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00PM - 10:00PM
- Night Shift (Sun - Thurs): 10:00PM - 6:00AM
- Open availability is preferred, with a special need for afternoon & weekend availability
- During our peak sales events that occur in November/December and June/July you may be asked to increase your availability
- No extended time off requests will be approved over peak sales events
