**The Role: Social Media Specialist**

We’re looking for a **creative and strategic Social Media Specialist** who can turn our social channels into engines of engagement, brand awareness, and community growth. You'll be responsible for developing content, managing our online voice, and bringing the blackcircles.ca brand to life across platforms.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute an engaging organic and paid social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and publish visually appealing, educational, and entertaining content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels)
- Manage the social editorial calendar and ensure consistency of tone and branding across channels
- Engage with our online community—responding to comments and messages, and sparking conversations
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, SEO, sales and customer service teams to amplify campaign performance
- Track key performance metrics (engagement, growth, conversions) using analytics tools
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Propose and lead creative social campaigns tied to the automotive and e-commerce space

**What You Bring**:

- 2-4 years of experience in social media management or content marketing (e-commerce or automotive is a plus)
- Deep understanding of platform best practices, formats, and algorithms
- Strong creative skills in writing, visual storytelling, and light editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- A sharp eye for branding and digital design trends
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt strategy based on performance
- Bonus points for: automotive knowledge, SEO familiarity, or experience with Meta/Google Ads
