**Position Overview**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and digitally savvy entry-level professional to join our team as a Brand Engagement Associate. This role involves working with influencers, content creators, and affiliate marketers to expand our brand presence and drive online sales. You will be responsible for executing influencer partnerships, social media campaigns, and brand engagement initiatives to enhance visibility and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

**1. Influencer & UGC Management -**Identify, recruit, and collaborate with influencers and content creators to promote our brands.

**2. Affiliate Marketing -** Launch and manage affiliate programs to boost brand advocacy and sales.

**3. Campaign Execution -**Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.

**4. Social Media & Content Strategy -**Support content creation and engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

**5. Brand Engagement & Community Management -** Respond to audience interactions, reviews, and feedback to foster a positive brand image.

**6. Performance Tracking -** Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing data-driven insights for improvement.

**7. Market Research -** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing techniques.

Key Qualifications

**1. Entry-Level Role -** No prior experience required; internships or academic projects in marketing are a plus.

**2. Creative Skills -** Basic proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for designing marketing materials.

**3. Digital Marketing Knowledge**- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer tools, and eCommerce marketing.

**4. Analytical Abilities** - Strong interest in data-driven marketing and campaign optimization.

**5. Communication Skills -** Strong written and verbal skills for managing partnerships and brand messaging.

**6. Education** - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

**7. Work Permit** - Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (minimum two years).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Interest in the health & wellness industry.
- Knowledge of affiliate platforms, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Some experience with Shopify, Amazon marketing, or eCommerce platforms.
