**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Program Manager, Business Integration, support the vision of the Data Analytics team
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the product lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks and dependencies
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- Support the Dev team during the sprint by organizing the sprint board and ensuring dev items are completed
- Manage the Product Backlog based on the priorities identified
- Coordinate product communications when enhancements are delivered
- Work with the Program Manager to plan Sprint Planning and run Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective
- Work with the Data Engineering and Power Platform Manager to plan and execute the Sprint Releases
- Manage the day-to-day Product Road map and team capacity
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of documentation of the Products
- Participate in product design and technical requirement discussions
- Assist in architectural solution designs, roadmaps, and related strategies
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry
- Participate in Scrum Meetings

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Product Owner or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Business & Technical)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Scrum experience
- Azure Dev Ops experience
- 3+ years of experience in an analytics role, utilizing business intelligence tools
- Experience in working within a software development team and conducting QA
- Experience writing Technical User stories for Data Engineering and Power Platform Developers would be an asset
- Experience with Power BI and Azure SQL or related technologies
