**Job Title: Process Integration & Logistics Analyst**

**Reports To**:
**Direct Line Manager: Regional IT Director**

**Dotted Reporting Line: Regional Project Manager(s)**

**Job Objective**:
As the Process Integration & Logistics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of all business system solution implementations. Your responsibilities will include process design, system set-up and configuration, user training, testing, go-live support, and continuous improvement. Your ultimate objective will be to deliver effective solutions that can be immediately used to support the business need(s) in a productive manner. Your contributions will be pivotal in enabling the organization to optimize its processes and workflows, thereby enhancing efficiency and profitability. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional analytical skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have the ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the integration of Rhenus Americas Warehouse Management System Ensure current WMS is being utilized to it full capability, adjust as required
- Provide hands on training to all warehouse staff for accounts moved from the old system to the new system
- Ensure stability of the accounts within the warehouse management system for proper handoff to operational staff
- Analyze complex customer and business partner requirements to effectively implement and support business systems solutions
- Executes implementation processes for new customers and conversions
- Collaborates with other departments on integrated start ups and conversions
- Ensures that new implementations meet or exceed customer service goals
- Provides scheduled updates to customers and other stake holders
- Identify best practices in process improvements and implement throughout the organization.
- Develop, manage, and oversee process improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency
- Develop methods of measuring and reporting operational effectiveness.
- Report on performance by creating metrics, gathering, and analyzing data to produce statistical reports
- Report on and communicate process improvement results to senior leadership
- Create, revise, and implement SOP’s vital to successful business operation. Monitor for adherence.
- Assist in Warehouse contract pricing renewals/new business
- Other duties, as required.
- You will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
- You may have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
- The office may be a busy facility.
- You may have to manage several projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs of others.
- You may find the environment to be busy, noisy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks

**Qualifications and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Applied Math, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Education substituted with relevant Years of experience working in the Logistics field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in warehousing and/or process implementation, distribution or supply Chain Operations with thorough Knowledge in Supply Chain Systems and Processes. Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS would be a plus.
- Advanced Experience with MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word)
- Ability to extract data from BI or other DB sources, validate and conduct advanced analytics
- Strong attention to detail

- Comfortable collaborating with other employees at different organizational levels so they can communicate findings, give recommendations, and facilitate change effectively

- Team player with can do attitude
- Experience working in a 3PL logistics environment (desirable)'
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with internal teams such as: Customer Implementation / Project Management Teams, WMS & IT Support Teams, W&D Operation
