**About the Opportunity**

Manitoba Harvest has an opportunity for energetic and experienced
**SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR - PROCURMENT **to join our team. This position can be based out of our Winnipeg or Ste Agathe, MB facility and can be eligible for our Hybrid Remote Work Program.

**SCOPE**:
The Supply Chain Coordinator - Procurement will be responsible for day to day purchasing of materials and services by obtaining quotes, generating PO’s and receiving materials. They will also manage inventory levels and maintain ERP system data. This individual will analyze and maintain accurate materials demand plans while monitoring inventory to ensure on-time availability.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handles the day-to-day procurement activities for materials and service of the Supply Chain group
- Sourcing materials and obtain quotations
- Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in ERP system
- Track and trace purchase orders and freight
- Maintain reporting for materials backorders
- Ensure material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules
- Collect and review data on current orders, production levels and sales forecasts to estimate future demand for materials.
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system
- Provide support to the Supply Chain team
- Perform inventory reconciliations and audits for accuracy
- Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of cost calculation and projects
- Actively participate in process improvements and quality improvement programs.
- Other duties as assigned by the organization

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Post-Secondary Education in Procurement or Supply Management
- In depth knowledge of procurement strategies
- Knowledge of the standard methods, practices and procedures utilized in the acquisition of inventory.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience in ERP Systems - Sage 300 an asset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment under deadlines
