The Operations Support Clerk will be required to provide support to both the Call Center and the Internal Management Team, providing support to multiple platforms. Aiding with escalation requests and resolving issues. The Clerk will also be responsible to provide clerical support internally with processing and data entry. This is an outline of the duties and responsibilities of an Entry Level position at the time of the job posting. It is not a comprehensive or exhaustive list and the duties and/or work schedule may vary from time to time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assisting Call Center
- Resolving issues by identifying the problem, explaining procedures, and making required adjustments
- Process documents related to bankruptcies
- Receive and process cheque payments
- Aiding and back up to other Departments in ad hoc tasks

Work Experience / System Requirements:

- 1 or more years of Customer Service experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience in a Call Center environment
- Experience in Financial Services or Payment Processing an asset
- Experience with Marketing and/or Financial Services/Payment Processing an asset

Other Requirements / Skills:

- Strong written and oral communications
- Ability to multi-task
- Adaptable and coachable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

Pay: $33,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
