**Location**: Hybrid - Metro Vancouver (Remote with monthly visits to Brentwood office)
**Contract Duration**: 4 months (January-April 2025)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant** to join us on a **part-time** basis. In this **hybrid** role, you will handle bookkeeping tasks and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate bookkeeping using **QuickBooks Online**, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reports.
- Preparetransmittal letters for clients.
- Handle administrative tasks, including:

- Organizing and maintaining documents in shared drives.
- Preparing **engagement letters** for new and existing clients.
- Provide support for other business tasks as required.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- **Experience with QuickBooks Online** (essential).
- Strong knowledge of **bookkeeping principles**.
- Familiarity with **Canadian tax**.
- Currently pursuing or having completed an **accounting degree or diploma**.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
- **Must have authorization to work in Canada.**:

- Should be based in **Metro Vancouver** to attend in-person meetings at our Brentwood office once a month.

**Hours and Schedule**:2-3 hours per week (potential to increase as business grows)
