We are currently seeking a **Legal Assistant / Paralegal** to join our dedicated team.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, proofread, and compile legal documents, including wills, estate forms, corporate filings, deeds, agreements, and correspondence
- Handle all aspects of property transactions efficiently and accurately
- Liaise with clients to gather information, schedule meetings, and ensure effective communication
- Manage and track deadlines, closing dates, and file requirements
- Support a variety of legal areas including Real Estate, Corporate, Estates and Family Law

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in **real estate law (sales, purchases, new home construction & refinances)**
- Solid knowledge of **Estates, Wills, and Corporate Law**
- Proficient in **Microsoft Word and Excel**
- Experience using **Unity Accounting**, **Property Online, Outlook** and **Microsoft 365** is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
