The location of this job is flexible, based out of one of our 11 office locations in Western Canada.

**WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**

Your role will require you to bring a high standard of scientific excellence to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain.
- Collaborate with our team of restoration specialists to complete grant funded and offsetting related fish habitat restoration projects in Western Canada.
- Provide technical leadership within the restoration team (i.e. engineers, biologists, environmental monitors) to identify, design and implement fish habitat restoration projects, and execute monitoring plans.
- Take part in business development, R&D, and internal process development related to restoration projects.
- Mentor junior and intermediate technical staff.

**THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.**
- Graduate degree in fish biology, earth science, geography, geomorphology, environmental science, or engineering.
- R.P.Bio., P.Geo., P.Eng., or other applicable professional designation, with 10+ years working on design and implementation of fish habitat restoration projects (e.g. natural channel design).
- Salmonid habitat restoration experience in Western Canada or the Pacific Northwest USA.
- Experience overseeing construction contractors during the construction of fish habitat restoration projects.
- Worked with an interdisciplinary team including biologists, other professionals, contractors, and stakeholders.
