**What You'll Own**

This role is about driving both strategy and results across our corporate tech and B2B portfolio. You’ll orchestrate complex programs while building the kind of client relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.

Your expertise spans:

- Client counsel and program recommendations that support how our clients show up in market
- Earned media mastery - you know how to build and leverage reporter relationships that matter
- Program architecture from concept through execution across owned, earned, and influencer channels
- Team development where you're coaching junior talent while delivering flawless client work
- Account growth through exceptional execution and strong client relationships

**What We're Looking For**

You know your craft. 4-6 years in communications means you've run successful campaigns, managed budgets, and built media relationships in the Canadian market. You've likely managed other people and definitely know the difference between strategy and tactics.

You’re genuinely interested in the work. When a client challenge lands on your desk, you see opportunity. You treat our agency with the same care you offer our clients because quality work matters to you.

You get results. You've launched campaigns, built thought leadership programs, driven awareness initiatives, and have work you're proud of. You understand how social and digital integrate into modern communications.
