We are actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team, enhancing our customer engagement and driving sales growth.
**Responsibilities**:
**Inside Sales**:
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring revenue maximization and market share growth.
- Engage with potential customers, address inquiries, and provide product recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining insights into their preferences and feedback to improve our products and services.
**Product Knowledge and Recommendations**:
- Deepen product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations to customers, assisting them in making informed product selections.
- Leverage understanding of our product portfolio, including private labels, to guide customers and influence their purchasing decisions.
**Order Processing and Management**:
- Handle order processing efficiently, ensuring accurate entry, order fulfillment coordination, and timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with the operations team to monitor order status and proactively address any order-related concerns.
**Marketing Collaboration**:
**Collaboration with Marketing Consultant**:
- Work closely with our marketing consultant to integrate sales efforts with marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to shape marketing strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
**Content Creation and Promotion**:
- Assist in creating engaging marketing content, such as product descriptions and promotional materials, for online platforms to drive product visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate on the execution of marketing campaigns, aligning them with sales objectives to optimize conversions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, marketing, or a related role, with a focus on customer interactions and product recommendations.
- Familiarity with online retail platforms like Amazon, e-commerce, Instacart and Shopify.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage customer interactions and sales activities simultaneously.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software.
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service and product recommendations.
How to Apply:

Pay: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
