We are a custom cabinetry company seeking a skilled and experienced **Cabinet Maker / Joiner** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of furniture, cabinetry, and casework to meet our clients’ unique specifications

**Key Responsibilities**
- Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications to determine project requirements.
- Build cabinets using a range of materials, including wood, laminates, and composites, while ensuring high standards of craftsmanship.
- Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and power tools, such as table saws, routers, and band saws.
- Coordinate with other trades, including tile setters and siding installers, to ensure seamless project completion.
- Provide input on material costs and labor estimates for projects when needed.
- Maintain structural integrity and aesthetic standards throughout the fabrication process.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cabinet and furniture making.
- Ability to take charge of projects independently or follow direction as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with edge banding, lamination, and cabinet assembly.
- Experience making drawer boxes and working with shop tools.
- Familiarity with power tools (e.g., table saw, band saw, routers); knowledge of laminating is a plus.

Ability to requisition or order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
