**What We’re Looking For**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with dental practice owners and teams to improve efficiency, operations, and overall business performance.
- Analyze practice workflows, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in training and coaching dental teams on front desk processes, patient experience, and management strategies.
- Support the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve practice success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through trust, expertise, and strategic guidance.

**What You Bring**:

- **Proven experience in dental practice management** (office manager, treatment coordinator, or related roles).
- **Strong business acumen** and knowledge of dental operations, including scheduling, revenue cycle management, and team leadership.
- Experience with **KPI tracking and analysis** (an asset but not required).
- **Self-starter mentality**—you take initiative, seek opportunities for growth, and put in the effort to develop your skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to **work independently** while collaborating with a team.
- A flexible schedule—this is a **contract position** with variable hours based on client needs.
