Lyons Production Services Ltd. is a proven leader in the Production Testing industry in Northern Alberta. Lyons is a locally owned and family oriented company with a team committed to safety and continous growth. We currently have an opening for a **Receptionist|Administrator **to join our team.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Answering phones, directing calls and messages as necessary
- Offer general assistance to staff and guests
- General filing
- Order office supplies
- Courier prepartion
- Sorting mail
- Assist with payroll prepartion
- Assist with daily ticket entry
- Data entry
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Experience in Sage50 is an asset but not necessary
- Experience in OpenInvoice is an asset but not necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
