**Position Purpose**:
As the Assistant Controller you will lead the preparation of the financial reporting consolidation process for monthly and quarterly reporting; you will support the newly implemented ERP system, and work to develop and execute improved processes and system capabilities that enhance real time information and reporting quality. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, review and update policies, technical accounting analyses, and procedures
- Create, build and schedule financial reports (both routine and ad hoc)
- Determine and lead process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiencies
- Assist with the closing process to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide regular account reconciliation to completion
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting
- Work with the team, assist with development and coaching
- Preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits

**Requirements**:
**Desired Qualifications**:
**Education:
- Business Degree
- CPA Professional Designation

**Experience**:

- 3 years related experience in a senior accounting position
- Experience with ERP systems
