Job Summary

The reception desk is the initial point of contact for clients. Warm service and knowledgeable guidance is essential in order to make a positive first impression. As a receptionist, your job would be to provide exceptional service at check-in, check-out, as well as throughout a client's visit to ensure they have a pleasant and relaxing experience.

You also have some responsibilites in the upkeep of the boutique and spa, such as inventory, and light cleaning.

Qualifications and Skills
- Customer service experience
- experience in managing a cash
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Passionate about people and service
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem solving skills
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
- Proficiency in MindBody system, and some marketing experience an asset

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
