**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Duties (75%)**:

- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect, and organize stock in the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Assist with order preparation and labelling for outbound shipments.

**Facility Maintenance Duties (25%)**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks including mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Take out garbage and recycling as needed to support a hygienic and efficient environment.
- Assist with any additional facility maintenance tasks to keep the premises in top condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous warehouse or shipping experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to perform cleaning tasks and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

**Schedule**: Full-time, with flexible shifts available.
