**Your Role at KIK- LAVO Division**

The Assistant Marketing Manager helps lead various product lines within the Fabric Care category and certain Lavo brands owned by KIK Consumer Products, such as Arctic Power and La Parisienne. The position is based in Montreal in a hybrid work model, with approximately two days per week in the office. The role supports the Senior Marketing Manager by leveraging strong analytical skills, consumer product marketing expertise, and strategic leadership. The Assistant Marketing Manager works closely with the project management team and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to ensure the smooth execution of ongoing business activities.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in implementing a strategic, category-based portfolio management approach that is both relevant to consumers and differentiated from competitors.
- Contribute to the profitable growth of the product portfolio in order to strengthen our leadership position in Quebec and support the expansion of our business across the rest of Canada.
- Participate in the development of the long-term vision for the categories, including product innovation, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans that will enable the product line to achieve business objectives, such as market share, sales, and profitability.
- In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, share responsibility for the performance of the Fabric Care category, with a focus on national brands, while private label brands are managed directly by other team members.
- Contribute to the development of budgets and ensure alignment with sales forecasts and profit margin targets.
- Take part in daily activities related to the product line and help resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Gather market and trend data to identify opportunities within the product portfolio, highlight key challenges, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the creation of preparation materials to support sales team meetings—whether for new product launches or to communicate category vision and marketing support.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3 years of experience in consumer product marketing.Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with a specialization in Marketing.
