This position is unique as this Team Lead’s duties will be strongly focused on training new employees across multiple branches both onsite and virtually. You’ll follow designed training plans and service standards and create additional content to help you train new and existing brokers on coverage, BMS systems, client conversations, and Westland’s values.

**Why we’ll love You**:

- You’re self-reliant and driven to achieve goals and consistently improve practices
- You have experience training employees in the insurance industry
- Strength in all Personal Lines of business and Motor License Issuing
- A minimum of 5 years’ Personal Lines insurance experience along with a minimum Level 1 license (CAIB designation strongly preferred)
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Preference for those with experience developing and delivering training content
- Experience with SIG-XP and/or TBW broker software is an asset but not required
- Experience in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, Forms, and Planner

- Connect regularly with trainees via video call
- Train new and existing employees both on-site and virtually
