Duties
- Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets and business goals
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate and current information
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Attend trade shows and other marketing events
- Manage social media accounts

- Highly organized
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in telemarketing and sales, with a focus on technical products or services
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with customers
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to communicate technical information to customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
