**Job Overview**
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will involve interacting with customers, taking orders, and managing transactions while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS.
- Process payments efficiently through cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
- Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in food service or hospitality roles.
- Proficient in using POS systems, specifically SNAPPY POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.10 per hour
