A career as a **Chief Business Analyst** in the Retail Finance Operations Transformation team at National Bank means acting as a liaison between the business/operations teams and the delivery teams. You act in agile mode and are a member of a team that manages and delivers continuous improvement and technology projects for different sectors. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your skills in business analysis, process optimization and leadership, which will contribute to the acceleration of our transformation in operations.

**Your job**
- Support product owners, business line-operation partners and IT teams in their decision-making and deliverables
- Define the scope of the processes to be optimized and proactively support activity planning and execution for the various deliverables in accordance with the Bank's orientations and the needs of the supported business lines
- Define the scope of business analysis activities and proactively support their planning and execution (deliverables).
- Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise
- Model current and target processes based on the Bank’s mapping practices
- Conduct high-level and detailed impact analyses on all angles of the end-to-end process and with the help of experts
- Define, identify user test cases and support them in the operational transfer
- Make content proposals for the change management strategy to solution users
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement through analyses of initiatives on all angles of the process according to our best practices, anticipate impacts and provide innovative ideas to support the transformation

**Your team**

The IT and Operations sector is made up of more than 5,500 experts and experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.

Within the Operations sector, our Retail Financing Operations Transformation team has more than 300 people and you will report to the Senior Director. Our mission is to support the transformation of Retail Financing Operations based on the principles of simplification, collaboration and empowerment. Our team stands out for its desire to make things happen, to improve the operational experience while working in a fun atmosphere

**Prerequisites**
- University degree related to the sector of activity and several years of relevant experience
- Business analysis skills in a technological and operational ecosystem
- Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
- Experience with test scenarios and user support
- Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, Safe) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Lean six-sigma certification, black belt, an asset.
