**Job Title: Operations and Growth Assistant**

**Location**: Toronto, ON (On-site)

We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations and Growth Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in managing growth initiatives and operational tasks.

**Job Summary**: The Operations and Growth Assistant will support the CEO in managing key business functions and contributing to overall company growth. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support client acquisition efforts and assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and effective communication.
- Assist in organizing production workflows and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the implementation of growth initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the CEO and the team.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a related role (e.g., operations, sales, business development).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
