If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a Seasonal Recruitment Advisor Intern.
**Work Schedule**: This is a term position running from May to August, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
**As the Recruitment Advisor Intern, you’ll get to**:

- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process for all workforce requirements across the enterprise.
- Assisting with communications to hiring managers on all recruitment related updates and issues.
- Work closely with hiring management and HR on ensuring recruitment needs are met in a timely fashion.
- Advertise career opportunities to the market in a creative and “outside the box” manner to ensure the attraction of top talent.
- Effectively utilize recruitment job posting platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn and other value-added solutions.
- Attend career fairs and recruitment events as required.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Currently taking an undergraduate degree; certificate or diploma in HR Management or related
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and relationship building skills.
- A commitment to confidentiality.
- Knowledge of employment standards and human rights legislation.
- Effective organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving deadlines.
- Prior experience in the following industries is considered an asset: commercial real estate, hospitality, construction, leasing, property management.
