**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in sourcing and procuring materials and supplies necessary for production.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery timelines meet company standards.
- Utilize MRP systems to track inventory levels, forecast needs, and place orders accordingly.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand material requirements for upcoming projects.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the fabrication process by ensuring timely delivery of necessary materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of vendor management practices and experience in sourcing materials.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and supply chain processes is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
